Q. What is the minimum amount of business cards that I can print?

A. The minimum amount of business cards that we print is 100 cards.

Q. Do you print from Microsoft Publisher Files?

Q. Yes we can print from Publisher files as long as you follow the specifications listed in the Artwork Preparation & settings page.

Q. Do I get to see a proof before it is printed ?

A. Yes we always issue proofs before the work is printed. The proof has to be confirmed and signed by the client before we can start printing, sometimes we issue more than one proof.

Q. When can I collect my order, after the proof is confirmed ?

A. It takes approximately 10 days from the day of confirmation of proof to finish a printing job.This would include the processes of pre-press, printing and finishing. We contact the client by phone when the job is ready for collection.
